Good points: Is exactly what it says on the machine "super silent". Very easy to use and the reduce creases option with a 60 degree wash is a great feature. WD645a is the best Hotpoint product I've purchased to date.
Bad points: Clothes smell strange when tumbled dried!

Good points: Excellent range of washing cycles. Good machine. Very happy with WD645a purchase.
Bad points: Minimum drying time only 1 hour. Too long for some fabrics. Also no crease guard in drying cycles.

Good points: Good value for money. Very quiet.
Bad points: Seems to have gotten noiser since purchase.

Good points: Very easy to use.
Bad points: Drying times with the WD645a are long and no option to dry for less than 1 hour. Auto dry - over dries the items. This is my first washer/dryer and possibly I was unrealistic about how quick it would be.

Good points: Very quiet on normal wash cycle, good range of cycles. Drying is effective and works well.
Bad points: Doesn't always rinse all powder (even a small amount) through first time, although this has improved the more the machine's been used. Also is incredibly noisy and vibrates far too much on spin - I live in a flat and bought this for it's "quiet" purpose. On spin, it's worse than my old Bosch, and downstairs have complained that their ceiling lights shake!.

Good points: Quiet & efficient.
Bad points: Relatively long cycle times - however, it's easy to follow why they are long if they give the best cleaning. A trade -off. There are 2 shorter cycle programs for light soiling.

Good points: Larger drum easier for washing and drying much more and using much less a week. very quiet.
Bad points: Door stiff and got to turn on cycle before shutting so lock works and WD645a starts. soap drawer stiff still after one months use generally very pleased with Hotpoint WD645a, end cap for hot tap could have been supplied only cost few pence but hassle getting one when arrived. nice colour, ease of use and drying cuts down waiting around and waste of day when at work.

Good points: Dont have to worry about being at home to put washing into tumble dryer.
Bad points: Over dries some clothes, leaving them hard to iron. WD645a is a very good product, but you need to use it quite a few times to get the right drying times and heat settings.

Good points: Looks good. Easy to use and easy to clean.
Bad points: Very slow cycle times. The only poor comment is that the WD645a wash cycle is slow.
